BLADE: Streamliner Launch At Coachella

The Mission:

While working at BLADE as a contract employee, I developed this pitch as an extension of the existing Streamliner line, reimagining the concept for the California market. I adapted the product to fit West Coast travel behavior and positioning, using Coachella as the driving launch moment to demonstrate how the service could scale beyond the Hamptons model into a new regional audience.
