About the Company
Roulé Boulé Gelato is a Los Angeles-based mobile gelato catering company I co-founded with my brother, Alec. Inspired by our French-Italian heritage, we bring freshly churned Italian gelato to weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private celebrations throughout Southern California.
Our concept goes beyond traditional catering, combining live gelato churning with customizable carts, thoughtful visual design, and an elevated guest experience.
My Role & Responsibilities
As Co-Founder, I oversee the creative and marketing side of the business, applying my background in design, public relations, and strategic communications to build the brand from the ground up.
My responsibilities include:
Branding & Creative Direction:
Develop brand identity, marketing materials, custom signage, and event designs.
Social Media & Marketing:
Manage content creation, video editing, copywriting, posting strategy, and organic audience growth.
Client Relations & Sales:
Handle inquiries, estimates, bookings, and client communications.
Partnerships & Outreach:
Build relationships with brands, influencers, event planners, and local organizations.
